This makes the AI agent chat a central place to manage your work. In one window, you can get a summary of a client conversation from an external mailbox, create a task, and schedule a meeting with the assignee. You do not need to switch between apps, collect information manually, or look for the right buttons. Just type your request in the chat, and the AI agent will handle it.

MCP in Bitrix24 connects the tools and services you use every day. It allows you to:

Working with MCP does not require programming skills. Everything is already set up. To use external AI systems and services, you need to connect them first. Below is an overview of the MCP options available in Bitrix24.
