CoPilot uses several service providers in Bitrix24 for different tasks:
- gpt-4o-2024-11-20 — generates text and fills in CRM fields
- Dall-E-3 — creates images
- AudioAssistant AI — transcribes calls
You can view and manage these providers in your Bitrix24 settings. Go to the CoPilot preferences tab and check the provider used in each section.
If there is an error on the provider side, CoPilot may not complete your request. Please wait for a while until they fix the issue.
You can also work with Bitrix24 partners. They can help you integrate other AI providers if needed.
