Use variables in URLs

If an action supports the [url] tag, you can insert variables directly into the URL.

Example:

[url]http://{=Variable:Domain}/{=Variable:Path}[/url]

	 In this example:

• {=Variable:Domain} resolves to the website domain
• {=Variable:Path} resolves to the page path

Create a direct link to a task

Use this link in a message when you want the user to open and complete a task within the current business process.

[url]http://intranet_domain/company/personal/bizproc/{=Workflow:ID}/[/url] 

Create a document view link

	 Use this link in an email to give a user direct access to a document.
