In Bitrix24, you can link CRM records to workgroup tasks and calendar events. This keeps customer information in one place and helps your team move between related work faster.
When multiple tasks in the same project relate to CRM records, you can quickly switch between them in the task list.

To make this easier, add the CRM items column to the list view:
- Open the task list.
- Go to Settings.
- Enable the CRM items column.
Once enabled, you can see which leads, contacts, companies, or deals are linked to each task.
Link CRM items to calendar events
You can also connect CRM records to workgroup calendar events.
To link CRM items to an event:
- Open the workgroup calendar.
- Create a new event or open an existing one.
- In the event form, expand More.
- Find Select CRM items.
- Choose one or more leads, contacts, companies, or deals.
Linking CRM items to events helps your team keep customer context visible during meetings and activities.
