Fix errors when sending SMS messages

Sometimes, SMS messages sent from Bitrix24 may fail to reach your clients. Most errors come from your SMS provider. If the issue is caused by incorrect data in a CRM item form, Bitrix24 shows an error.

Bitrix24 sends the phone number from the contact form to your SMS provider. The only error that can occur on the Bitrix24 side is Incorrect recipient. Check that the phone number has the correct number of digits and the correct country code. Then try sending the SMS again.

The phone number must use international format: the + symbol, the country code, and the number. For example: +1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

Errors from your SMS provider

All other errors come from your SMS provider. The most common error is Insufficient balance. Add funds to your account to continue using the service.

If no error description appears when you hover over the error, contact your SMS provider’s support team.
