In Bitrix24, you can create new files directly from the Feed and share them with your team. You can also upload files, import them from external storage, or select files from Bitrix24 Drive.
When creating a Feed post, you can create a new file using:
- Google Docs
- Microsoft Office 365
- Dropbox
Choose the service and create the file. The file will be attached to your post automatically.
Add recipients to your post to share the file with specific users or groups.
You can also include external users in the recipient list.
Send a Feed message to an external user
Files created from the Feed are saved in My Drive. You can open them later or share them again from the file menu.
